What does it take to turn your idea into an event? It’s easier than you would think! We’ll hear from some of our team members and activators, and take a look at some successful community events.

Spreading the Word - Strategies for spreading the word far and wide within your communities

So, you’ve got an event – now you need to get people along! There’s a myriad of resources at your disposal to get the word out to your communities, so let’s take a look at them. We’ll hear from a marketing guru who’s an expert in grassroots activation.

Getting your community involved - What are some of the best ways to get your community excited about your event?

Your event isn’t just for you, it’s for your whole community. Let’s chat about how we can help you to get your own community buzzed about the event you’re putting on for them. We’ll hear from an experienced events organiser who specialises in breaking down barriers that may stop your community participating.

At all of these workshops, we invite you all to be active participants, bring ideas and most importantly, bring any and all your questions!

These workshops will run for approx. 60 mins, with extra time for Q&A runover if required.

If you can’t attend, we’ll be recording the workshops so you can view them at your leisure.

We’ll follow up the chats by sharing resources and links that you’ll hopefully find useful in your planning.
